The Mayor's Action
Bureau is a "one-stop shopping" center, where constituents can call to
get information or to get help when they have a problem related to city
services.
Instead of contacting
a city office and being transferred from office to office, the staff of the
Mayor’s Action Bureau, will record a constituent concern and then forward it
to the proper department. In addition, all records are kept in a data base
so that after they are forwarded it is easy to track a concern and make sure
it is promptly and sufficiently addressed. |
